Easter Cake Pops


I had been planning on making these for Easter, but since things have been kind of cRaZy around here lately I decided to keep it simple this year.  I used white candy melts since they were already in my pantry and pink and yellow jimmies because nothing says spring better than bright, happy sprinkles.  The inside was just as sweet with lemon cake mixed with lemon frosting. 

My cake pops looked a little wind blown since I used a thin sheet of Styrofoam to hold them up, but they seemed to fit right in with all this weather we've been having!
